Cricket Scotland Unveils New Jersey For ICC T20 World Cup 2024 Featuring Nandini Dairy

Cricket Scotland unveiled the official team jersey for the 2024 ICC Men’s Cricket World, featuring Karnataka’s Nandini Dairy. The dairy cooperative, managed by the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), is the official sponsor for the Scotland Cricket Team for the upcoming tournament. This marks the first time the dairy brand has ventured onto the global stage to increase its market presence.     

The newly unveiled Scotland team jersey features the Nandini brand name and logo, inscribed in Kannada and English, on the jersey’s sleeves. The announcement was made public through a post by Cricket Scotland, stating that they are delighted to unveil their new shirt for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup, which is scheduled to take place from June 2 to 29.

Expanding its sponsorship portfolio, Nandini is also the official sponsor of the Ireland cricket team. Both teams are set to compete in the T20 World Cup, hosted by the West Indies and the United States of America.

KMF’s managing director, MK Jagadish, in a statement to PTI, revealed the strategic sponsorship of both the Ireland and Scotland teams. He emphasised that the Nandini brand will gain visibility during the matches, aligning with their marketing goals.

Nandini Dairy is branching out into the energy-drink sector with the launch of ‘Nandini Splash,’ a whey-based energy drink, in the US market. Jagadish highlighted the intention to spotlight Nandini during the World Cup, aiming to establish it as a global brand.
