Job Description:
Are you passionate about sustainable transportation, electric mobility and improving people’s lifestyle? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Sales Account Manager at EBCO Electric Bikes.
As a Sales Account Manager working within a set territory, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our existing clients, as well as identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will serve as the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by promoting our electric bikes to dealers, retailers, and other potential partners.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect and qualify new leads, actively seeking out potential customers and partners.
- Conduct sales presentations, and product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide feedback and insights from the market.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent EBCO Electric Bikes and promote our products.
Personal Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in the cycling or electric mobility industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of electric bikes and sustainable transportation is preferred.
- Availability to travel for client visits and industry events.
- Someone that works with integrity high on their agenda.
- Computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving license
